Joan is a wonderful lady with a big heart who can usually be found in the church building. Since most of her service is provided inside the church, many people become involved with Joan. She answers many questions about the church and directs people to the church office when the need arises. She serves the Lord through creating good order and proper maintenance of the church building and its entities. This includes cleanliness of the church and pews, preparing the altar and sanctuary for liturgical ceremonies, condition of vestments, and ordering of candles, altar bread and wine.

Joan is a follower of St. Francis and belongs to the Secular Franciscan Order. She finds her ministry and service very interesting because as she states, “I never know what the Lord will want me to do extra!” She is also an active member of the Adoration ministry and the Right to Life Group.
