Father Ted Mauch, Associate Pastor

Fr. Ted first came to St. Michael’s as a seminarian in 2005 for his summer ministry assignment. During this assignment he acquainted himself with parish life and worked closely with Janice Gatons and the Pastoral Care ministry, visiting the sick and homebound in the parish. He returned as a seminarian in 2008 to finish his Pastoral Internship. Fr. Ted also served as a seminarian at St. Bridget’s in Hobart, St. Thomas More in Munster, St. Teresa of Avila in Valparaiso, Immaculate Conception in Lapeer Michigan, and Holy Angels Cathedral in Gary. Fr. Ted was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Gary on December 4, 2010 and received his first assignment as Associate Pastor at St. Michael the Archangel Parish.

As Associate Pastor at St. Michael’s, Fr. Ted assists the Pastor with the pastoral care of the parish community.
