Michaeline is one of the first warm, smiling and welcoming faces you will encounter at our parish office. Her cordial hospitality invites all who enter St. Michael’s office to feel at home. Aside from assisting parishioners, visitors and business folk at the door, and answering the telephone, her duties are many and varied. Her office skills keep us sailing smoothly through the mail, scheduling, record keeping, filing, deposits and payrolls. This includes specific records for the diocese and the Northwest Indiana Catholic Newspaper. She is the friendly voice calling our volunteers to work funerals, stuff bulletins and help in the ministries. She maintains our office supplies and relationships with suppliers. It is rare that a bulletin or newsletter is printed before Michaeline proofreads the copy. She is a delightful dedicated soul with which we have been blessed.
