Is RCIA For Me?
Are you interested in becoming a Catholic?
Are you non-baptized but would like to know more about the church?
Were you baptized in another Christian tradition but would now like to be part of the Roman Catholic tradition?
Are you a baptized adult Catholic (age 7+) who never made your First Communion or Confirmation?
Are you a member of St. Michael Parish and are you a disciple of Jesus?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you have heard the voice of God and have come to right place.
The Faith Formation program strives to assist parents in this task throughout their child’s elementary, middle school and high school years. It is expected that children attend Faith Formation sessions continually from First Grade throughout their High School years.

God Chooses Ordinary People
Is God calling you to sponsor a RCIA catechumen / candidate? Many RCIA candidates are in need of sponsors who serve as mentors and friends, helping them throughout the process. Sponsors attend sessions, retreats and liturgical celebrations along with their candidates. If you are a confirmed Catholic and would be interested in assisting a candidate on his/her faith journey, please come forward and share your faith.
Or Is God calling you to spread His “Good News” by becoming a catechist? RCIA Catechists share their faith stories and lead lectionary based discussions to help catechumens and candidates explore gospel values. Any Fully Initiated Catholic can be a RCIA catechist. If you feel God is calling you to share your faith with those seeking to deepen their relationship with God, you are invited to call and arrange to come and experience a session or two (Sundays beginning at the 9:30 AM Mass).
