Faith Formation Registration & Tuition Yearly registration for the following Faith Formation classes will be held in April of each year. Any new parishioners will need to bring a copy of the student’s baptismal certificate. The dates of registration will be in the Sunday bulletin, on the web site and notices will be in the Faith Formation newsletters. Students are assigned classes on a first come and first serve basis. The availability of classes depends on the number of catechists that volunteer and the availability of space. Registration forms need to be updated yearly. All emergency forms are to be returned to the Faith Formation office by the first day of class. Parishioners of Saint Michael’s will be given a preference for enrollment. Enrollment will be accepted from non- parishioners if space and catechists are available. They will be assessed a separate fee of $150 per family and will need a letter from their pastor where they are registered. It is expected that all Faith Formation families who are parishioners at Saint Michael’s use their weekly Sunday envelopes. If this requirement is not met, the student tuition will be assessed the non-parishioner fee of $150. If this assessed fee is not paid by the end of the year, the student will not be allowed to register for the following year. Traditional and Good Shepherd Tuition $100 year for families with (1) child. $190 year for families with (2) children. $270 year for families with (3) children. $330 year for families with (4) + children Tuition fees pay for the operational expenses for the Faith Formation Program. This includes student texts, catechist’s manuals, student supplies, catechist’s training, instructional materials, audio visual materials, office expenses, computers, copy paper and a copier.
