1. Introduction<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>
The privacy policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of <\/span>Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-\u0417 “On the protection of personal data”, the European <\/span>Regulation on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) <\/span>2016\/679) and applies to all data that IntexSoft LLC can receive about the user while using <\/span>the site (intexsoft.com), its programs, products and cooperation.<\/span>

Definitions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Confidentiality of personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – a requirement that an authorized person of the <\/span>operator or another person who has access to personal data must comply with to prevent their <\/span>dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Processing of personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – any action (operation) or a set of actions <\/span>(operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, <\/span>including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, <\/span>change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, <\/span>deletion, destruction of personal data;<\/span><\/p>\n

“Operator”<\/strong><\/em> – an organization that independently or jointly with other persons <\/span>organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – any information relating to an identified natural person or natural <\/span>person who can be identified;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Provision of personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – actions aimed at familiarizing with the personal data <\/span>of a certain person or circle of persons;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Subject of personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – an individual in respect of whom the processing of <\/span>personal data is carried out;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Special personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – personal data concerning race or nationality, political <\/span>views, membership in trade unions, religious or other beliefs, health or sex life, administrative <\/span>or criminal prosecution, as well as biometric and genetic personal data;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Cross-border transfer of personal data”<\/strong><\/em> – the transfer of personal data to the <\/span>territory of a foreign state;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Individual who can be identified”<\/strong><\/em> – an individual who can be directly or indirectly <\/span>determined, in particular through surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, identification <\/span>number, or through one or more signs characteristic of his physical, psychological, mental, <\/span>economic, cultural, or social identity.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this Policy, IntexSoft LLC acts as the operator (Certificate of state registration No. <\/span>590663044 dated October 28, 2005 issued by the Grodno City Executive Committee, 230002, <\/span>Republic of Belarus, Grodno, Bogutskogo st., 5, floor 4).<\/span><\/p>\n

IntexSoft LLC acts as a processor in relation to persons located on the territory of the <\/span>European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

IntexSoft doesn\u2019t use special personal data of subjects (personal data concerning <\/span>race or nationality, political views, membership in trade unions, religious or other beliefs, health <\/span>or sex life, bringing to administrative or criminal liability, as well as biometric and genetic <\/span>personal data).<\/span><\/p>\n

The processing of personal data is possible with the consent of the data subject in <\/span>accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The consent of the subject of <\/span>personal data can be obtained in writing, in the form of an electronic document or in another <\/span>electronic form.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Purpose of collecting personal information about users<\/span><\/h2>\n

IntexSoft collects the personal data specified in this Regulation and processes it in <\/span>legal ways for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p>\n
