They were looking for professionals to bring their business to the next level. IntexSoft specialists proposed possible architectural solutions and investigated options for integration with the client\u2019s equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>As a result, the IntexSoft team came up with the idea of developing a system from scratch using the separately created framework for the client\u2019s points of sale with the ability to issue SIM cards and bank This made it possible to introduce a new mobile operator to the market with its own services and <\/span><b>automate sales point<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s. These were the standard points where the customer could issue a <\/span><b>SIM card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This system for issuing SIM cards was kind of an MVP we worked on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Web development<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The development process started with writing the <\/span><b>specification and preparing solutions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The basis was the <\/span><b>HJ Framework<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> developed by the client\u2019s company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We deployed all services in the <\/span><b>Kubernetes cluster<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The basis of services was formed according to the HJ Framework specification. The services were written <\/span><b>in Java<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team used two databases &#8211; <\/span><b>Tarantool and PostgreSQL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The specialists generated a service, the functionality within which was implemented with PostgreSQL. Also, we developed a service base for the system in the <\/span><b>Lua language<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> using Tarantool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using these technologies, our specialists developed a client application. We developed the back-end for the app that <\/span><b>automated the entire path<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from attracting a client to their registration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The application is a catalog of available products, where the customer can look through the offers, tariffs, service packages, etc. While forming the order, a consultant contacts the user and <\/span><b>starts the registration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, collecting various data from the client (mainly passport data). After registering the client and entering all the data needed, the app scans the documents and saves all the information to the database. To implement passport data verification, we made a lot of integrations: enabled a service that <\/span><b>collects and checks data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the Ministry of Internal Affairs database, matches the residence\u2019s address, and the document\u2019s validity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After registration, the customer receives a <\/span><b>QR code<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that can be used at the operator&#8217;s office to get a SIM card. As part of the SIM card registration, the customer can<\/span><b> issue a bank card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that is directly connected to the SIM card and printed at the operator&#8217;s office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Mobile app<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the project, IntexSoft specialists also developed a <\/span><b>mobile application<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was integrated with the customer\u2019s equipment necessary for reading documents. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the customer makes an order at the operator&#8217;s office, the application reads the passport data and automatically fills in the fields required for registration. The application also has a function for reading <\/span><b>QR codes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which simplifies registration: if a client placed an order online or at one point of sale, and picks up a SIM card at another branch, the QR code allows the consultant to track information about the order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Employees: workflow management<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many systems in the application that store data about employees, goods, points of sales and service. One of our tasks was to set up integration with these systems too. Each point of sale has a Wi-Fi router with a unique marker. This is necessary to prevent changing of the sales point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>To distribute roles at different stages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we also developed a feature that allowed multiple employees to work with a single client. The system records all operations for each step of this process. The IntexSoft team <\/span><b>set up logging<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> so that it is possible to track which of the employees and at which point of sale registered a specific order. This is important to collect statistics on the number of transactions for an individual employee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the company, employees are divided into those who work the sales points and go-go employees. For go-go employees, we implemented a mechanism for <\/span><b>detecting the location by coordinates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. They can register SIM and bank cards too, but work with customers is completed a bit earlier &#8211; when they give the customer a QR code to receive the order.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text-content-of-portfolio-block content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text-content-of-portfolio-block__headline\"> Methodology &amp; Transparency<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"text-content-of-portfolio-block__text\"> <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project can be called atypical since there were no detailed and clear requirements. The team members were proposing ideas, integration options and were building the system&#8217;s behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IntexSoft specialists carried out the work according to the Agile methodology. Our team <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shared the intermediate results with the client on daily calls. During these sessions, we <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">discussed the job results and further plans for the development of the system. After the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integrations and releases, we started following Kanban. For communication, we used Skype <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Zoom.<\/span><\/p>\n
